By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • "Service" refers to the BNM platform and any other products, tools, or services offered by Vayuras Systems.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Customer Data" refers to data submitted, stored, or processed through the Service by a User, including messages, orders, and customer records.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate any applicable messaging platform policies (including WhatsApp and Telegram terms of service).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service.

6. Customer Data & Ownership

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. By using the Service, you grant Vayuras a limited license to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Customer Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret messages and automate workflows. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying automated actions. Vayuras is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages arising from AI-generated outputs.

8. Payment & Wallet

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The digital wallet feature within BNM is a tool for managing customer balances and does not constitute a banking or financial service by Vayuras.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and ecommerce systems. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Vayuras is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the BNM platform, software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Vayuras Systems (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vayuras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vayuras in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your Customer Data within 30 days of termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
